make it no case sensetive - cant run uppercase commands #40

for example when you use CMD instead of cmd app will not launch cmd

If I make all text lower case in processing it won't affect other run commands that need to be casesensrivie?

At least for all MS-DOS commands and file names (This includes cmd.exe/cmd/CMD) are case insensitive.
