Things wrong with this PR:

• adds extra unnecessary dependency
• adds constants in a different file to existing ones
• declares client as a global var, which it's not nor should it be
• adds unnecessary utility functions for already existing utilities
• doesn't use i18n outside of the command description
• uses odd variable names
• unnecessary use of override keyword
• uses argument type that to my knowledge doesn't exist

and finally it's (in my opinion) not really necessary to have a separate command for this. I had already planned on baking this into the user command with the ability to set your pronouns on the new website if you don't want to use pronoundb so I won't be accepting this PR.
