DragNDrop FDS simulations into Unreal Engine

It should be possible to load a FDS simulation into the engine by drag and dropping the corresponding .smv file.

[x] Get Python working in the editor
[x] Run fdsreader to convert .smv to intermediate format
[x] Read metadata from intermediate format and all files listed in there
[x] Add dialogue to optionally load data as well
[x] Add simulation options window to configure settings and get a list of all data that has been loaded and could be loaded
[x] (Optional) Add option to load data on the fly (when placing an asset in the scene it should look for its data)
