Catch Em All no longer works #647

Presumably this is because the SkillTester check has been rewritten in C. The check for Catch Em All that was present in nihilTester.s wasn't included.

The skill is currently active in the default SkillSystem configuration, so the ID needs to be set to 255 until this issue is resolved.
