No link to navigate user back to table of contents

There is no link given at the end of each section to navigate back to the table of content for user. This can be frustrating to the user who has to keep scrolling back up to the table of content to access different sections of the UG/ to scroll up and down to search for the next section they are looking for.

Some examples of lack of link to ToC, which I feel would be appropriate:

Reason for disagreement: I feel a link to the top of the table content is still crucial especially since the user guide has many sections based on the table content.

If the amount of content in the User Guide were to be lower, then I would understand that it would be non-essential to add such a link. However, in this case, it would be inconvenient and at times confusing for the user who has to scroll through numerous sections to find the desired command or section that they are looking.
