redis_bin_dir env var required even if redis-server is in PATH #12

Fallout from referencing redis from the run dir:

OSError: [Errno 40] Too many levels of symbolic links: '/tmp/FireX-mbeaureg-210127-174047-39816/bin/redis-server'
