[BUG] Corrupted Text displayed on console when trying to deploy

When using firebase action hosting deploy, I get a very unexpected error and console log of weird text. Seems to be releveant to this issue as well https://stackoverflow.com/questions/70645775/my-firebase-console-is-going-insane-after-installing-cli-twice-why

Expected behavior

Deploy to firebase as it was fine yesterday

Realized this has something to do with the Faker destruction
