Deploy with GitHub deployments instead of commenting on PR #282

Vercel uses GitHub deployments, click on these will go directly to the preview URL

It's just a nice to have. Vercel also comments but it's a bit annoying, so ideally it would be configurable whether it should comment or not, while it would always make a deployment.
