Create morse code example. #165

Create an example that will:

use the huzzah and oled feather.
read morse code off of one of the buttons.
preview message on screen
allow user to send message to firebase
pull other user messages from firebase and display.
allow user to send pre-canned messages

I started writing part of it while bored in the hotel the other day I will post it when I have it working to at least interpret the code and print to Serial.
