Upgrading to be compatible with the Firebase 3.0.0 Server SDK #66

Thanks @keshavsaharia for your suggestions, I took them into account with this PR which supersedes #63

@mbleigh Please take a look when you get the chance, I've tested a working queue with 2.4.2 and 3.0.2 peer dependencies. This can be a firebase-queue 1.4.0 release when ready

When this PR is going to be reviewed? We can't use the new Firebase without this update.
