README.md: Link to 'defining models' is broken #9

Expected Behavior

When clicking the link to 'defining models' in the chapter 'Next Steps' I expect that the README.md opens that explains how to define models for firestoreodm-flutter.

Actual Behavior

When clicking the link a 404 error is displayed with the following message:

"The main

branch of firestoreodm-flutter

does not contain the path doc/defining-models.md.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Click the link 'defining models' in the chapter 'Next Steps' of the main README.md of this repository. The broken link links to https://github.com/FirebaseExtended/firestoreodm-flutter/blob/main/doc/defining-models.md
