JIRA tracker does not implement the JIRA formatting [QA663] #661

JIRA is not configured to render the all JIRA markup mentioned in https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=advanced

This is for instance visible in CORE5519 where the SQL is not rendered as code blocks.

AFAIK Our very old JIRA version 3.13 doesn't support that feature.

I guess it can be closed , no more Jira
