Verify nbackup command-line options #176

It seems that since Firebird 3.0, the nbackup command-line option to unlock a database was changed from -N to -UN. Verify nbackup command-line options for Firebird 3.0 and 4.0 and update the documentation accordingly.

Correction, -UN was added, -N was retained for backwards compatibility.
