Done for core-0190. As of core-5602, this test must be fully re-implemented with using psutil package (rather than current datediff-based way which can show very unstable results because of concurrent workload). I hope that will able to do this soon.

Test for core-5602 re-implemented using psutil package. Checked on recent FB 3.x, 4.x and 5.x (but only on Windows). Perhaps, upcoming runs on Linux may require to some adjust in threshold values.
