OSX installer fails if FB is already running [CORE3872] #4210

If a version of FB is already installed, the installer does not overwrite it if the files are busy. No error message is displayed, and all indications are that the install succeeded.

A check and a reminder of the install script(s) shows the following. The script checks to see if Firebird is installed, stops the server where appropriate, removes Firebird and then re-installs saving the security database, aliases, udfs. Just tested and all works fine as above.
