Release of Jaybird 2.2.7 : news item + update of JDBC section [WEB130] #119

I have released Jaybird 2.2.7. Could you add a news item and update the JDBC sections of the website to include this.

* News item: Jaybird_2.2.7-newsitem.doc * New content and downloadlinks for http://www.firebirdsql.org/en/jdbc-driver/ : Jaybird_2.2.7-download.doc (replace entire page) * Addition to status page http://www.firebirdsql.org/en/jdbc-devel-status/ : Jaybird_2.2.7-newsitem.doc (add the newsitem to the top, with section name: V.2.2.7 Release)
