I don't know from where you managed to follow this link, it looks hidden. The actual contents is here: http://www.firebirdsql.org/en/roadmap/

and it's updated.

Opened http://www.firebirdsql.org, clicked on the top menu "DEVELOPMENT" item, clicked on "Core server".
