Mouse cursor remains in form of 'Pointing Finger' when mouse moves over selected section name [WEB75] #71

1. Select 'Stay In Touch' (or another section) 2. Picture turns down, text becomes blue-green 3. Mouse cursor remains in form of pointing to link. But I'm already COME to this section. Cursor must be in simple form of arrow during moving over this section name.

I am not convinced that it is necessary. Can you please provide examples of behaviour you need at other websites?
