Wrong RSS address in the "Subscribe" page [WEB77] #73

I signed up for the newsletter. Then I clicked on the icon for RSS feed. This leads to a nonexistent address "http://dfp.firebirdsql.org/en/subscribe/".

Fixed, link points now on static site, even from DFP.
