Include Maven information on JDBC download page [WEB95] #89

I just realised that it would be a good idea to also include the maven information on the download page (http://www.firebirdsql.org/en/jdbc-driver/ ). Could you include the maven details from the news item on the download page as well. A good place would be just below "All released versions at http://sourceforge.net.". My apologies that I didn't think of this before.

It concerns the text: " The release is also available on maven: <groupId>org.firebirdsql.jdbc</groupId> <artifactId>jaybird-jdkXX</artifactId> <version>2.2.0</version>

The artifactId depends on your target Java version: jaybird-jdk15, jaybird-jdk16 or jaybird-jdk17. "
