UI: Creative Camera enhancement. #4

Summary

Improve the UI for the options provided in the creative camera with stickers and all. Currently, it has a very basic UI. Arrange all the stickers provided in a good UI following material design guidelines.

There are multiple sections. You can send multiple PRs for different sections of the creative camera.
