mmHudMap:

Cops use dark colors if they're destroyed for MM2 and MM1 styles.
Enhanced cop radar blinking for NFSMW and NFSCarbon Styles.
CnR teams affect player icons in Multiplayer.
Added an option that changes CnR team colors from Red & Blue to Black & White.

mmIcons:

Moved down place icon position a bit.
9th place icon no longer affects the gold icon now (use the new "opp_icon" texture).
Added an option that changes CnR team colors from Red & Blue to Black & White.
