Hmm I've never used this function but I'll take a look later. I seem to remember something was tagged incomplete in the code though, might have been a different part.
Thanks for looking into it. I've also noticed that cl_variables.lua has the following commented out:
featureRestoreWeapons = false;
Is this a planned feature of yours or was it something TheStonedTurtle or WolfKnight was planning on but never got around to?
The version here on GitHub is basically the original from TheStonedTurtle plus bug fixes. I have a private version with a lot more changed but I removed the entirety of the weapon stuff since it wasn't needed. That variable isn't used anywhere atm but it was intended to offer the user the chance to spawn with the weapons already enabled. None of that code exists currently. I have it saving now (slightly), renaming and deleting, I'm working on the rest. I don't do a lot of coding from scratch so it might take a few days to get this working fully.
It's going to be a couple of days before I can get back to this so I've pushed my most appropriate private fixes to the beta channel along with what I have done so far. Sorry I'm just working on too many versions at once. I'll be ending support for this version as soon as I have my main project ready to go based from this menu with a lot of changes. I will leave this up and link the next when it's available.
No problem. We're pretty used to not having that feature since we've been without it the entire time. I just have to explain to my friends that it doesn't work.
So you're saying you're going to release a new menu of your own based on MelloTrainer? Would love to see that. :)
Basically as the title says. When I try to create a new loadout save it lets me type in a name and then when I'm done the loadout doesn't appear in the list nor does a weapons file appear in the mtsaves folder.
