Weapons Need Review #4

Some weapons have slightly different stats from the Basic Set, either because they follow the Low Tech stats or because of name changes - e.g., the "Axe" is actually equivalent to the Throwing Axe from the Basic Set (and so needs its ranged usage ability).

(Oh, and quite a few weapons will need to be removed, especially where there isn't even a skill to cover using them.)
