Pledge call out block #89

Adds the pledge call out block. A couple of notes:

  1. I couldn't manage to export a version of the illustration from figma that has a fully transparent background, or the right colour. I must be being a bit of an idiot but would appreciate some help!
  2. I've commented out the interactive pledge counter, as I can't see it in the designs any more. Feel free to add it back!
  3. The form is unconnected for now,
