Simple install script

[ ] Ask for new username. default: firefly
[ ] Ask for new password.
[x] Install openZwave
[x] Install all python dependencies
[x] Install startup script
- [x] Check for serial port
- [x] Start firefly core
- [x] Start Web UI

Need to have it download everything required from wget (mongo etc) and check the MD5 before continuing
