You have a few files out of place. The custom.css should be in the css folder. You also have two images folder, only one is needed. Also I would go through the java folder and delete the files that you don't need, so you don't have code that you don't need.

You can also get rid of the other extraneous files like robots.txt humans.txt Looks like you did a good job cleaning this up after Zak's feedback, but make sure you keep your folder names consistent I'd go with /img/ since it's out-of-box foundation directory organization and you went with that for the other folder names.

Scripts do need to be cleaned up to only what you are using, right now that's a lot of "code bloat" that's why you want to download the essentials or a custom foundation build.
