In the form it doesn't tell the viewer what to put in which form. That can be extremely confusing for the viewer. Also the nav isn't sticky and there is no way to get to the top quickly with out having to scroll. There is also no nav at the bottom of the page to quickly change sections quickly. Also you say previous project and see more projects. I would suggest using previous project and next project instead of see more. When I see see more I think it will take me to a list of your work instead of the next project.

Really great points @zschrunk highlights here.

The contact form is the sorest spot in this version of your prototype, navigation coming in second. Make sure to work these areas out before moving onto styling.

Also, it gets a little disorienting in your navigation to fully replace 'home' with 'work' and vice versa. If you want to give us a visual indication that we are on the 'home' page in your navigation, that's alright, but I wouldn't completely take it out. It makes it confusing when navigating around the site.
