npm start goes in infinite loop #50

I think npm run watch is watching something npm run storybook generates, causing it to loop

@ianb Edit: I spoke too soon, I think I see it now! ~Hmm, I don't see this happening here - can you paste in some output of the loop? Might be a windows vs mac difference, but not sure what that could be. FWIW, I also tried under Ubuntu in WSL and not seeing the issue there either~
