Understand how to add more font scales for web #213

As we have SUMO website that's different from the current websites we redesigned, e.g. heavy reading content, wider area, RWD...we'll add more font scales for web.

Here's the result of the font scale experiment. typography scale

Bram and I tried this on SUMO page, and it looks very well. The only risk in this proposal is that the original Display 20 is changed from 33px to 36px. I tested it on UIs who are currently using 33 px: error pages and test pilot website, and they look good (but I'll discuss it with Peko, who is in charge of the test pilot website). The AMO and onboarding tour are currently using 36 px, so there may not be too many issues there.
