Add gravatar feature #66

Add gravtastic gem. Add gravatar image (or default image if no gravatar account) to post index and show views, along with user dashboard. Allow clicking on gravatar to bring you to the user's dashboard. Minor styling updates.

FWIW: I tested this integrated with PR https://github.com/FirehoseCommunity/DEFCON/pull/64 and it seems happy.
