Worgen start zone quest error

Current Behaviour

Currently, the mission 'evacuate the merchant square' partly works. Part of the mission you have to open doors to rescue civilians, but the doors open with no trigger of a civilian escaping. Also, doesn't add a counter to the 0/3 you have to do.
