Everytime Character LevelsUp, Talent Being Reseted #188

Current Behaviour

Talent is reseted after a character level up on a non GM account

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Talent should not reset upon char levelup

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Reach Up to level 10
  2. Set up some talent
  3. Try to level up the character
  4. Talent reseted

tried to see the code on what might go wrong, and found nothing

This issue does not seem to be present anymore, at least I have not been able to reproduce it.
