[Validator] incorrect error given 'element misses either a type reference or nameReference" #1273

Simplifier's validator gives an error while validating a good instance. It complains that the StructureDefinition is not valid, while it is! Or at least, we think it is.

We don't get this error anymore with the 1.6 release of the API. So this one can be closed.
