unable to move bags #31

unable to move bags in and out of bank

unable to move my enchanting bag from my inventory to the bank empty slot without unloading the contents

should be able to move bags loaded or unloaded with out unloading

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. any empty bank slot try to move a loaded bag into it
