Description: Trying to learn "Smoked Desert Dumplings" in silithus
Current behavior: Did the quest, nothing happened
Expected behavior: When I complete the quest the quest giver is supposed to learn me the skill "Smoked Desert Dumplings"
Edit: The third quest was instant hand in. It should not be.
