Silver Arrows NOT Syncing #15

I started playing ALttPR with one friend with the coop emu scripts, we actually play keysanity, but we're experimenting the problem that when someone gets the Silver arrows they don't sync to the partner. I've seen also the bird & rescuing the old man not syncing as well. What's the solution?

Are you sure it's not just that you will need to go item selection, choose bow and press Y to switch it between wood/silver?
