This PR moves all the changes to emu-coop 1.0.2 back into your fork. The changes are mostly useless to you (updates to super metroid and LTTP vanilla for example). There is one feature that I think you might want though, which is that this version prints out the GUID on screen at startup. This makes it easier to go back and look at a video and see what rules the runner was playing with.
