"%itemname%" showing up in crafting boxes.

Can you describe the problem?

When crafting in the boxes where you place the items you'll see the text 
"%itemname%", and it overlays itself (see attached screenshots)

What steps will reproduce it?
1. Install EVE hud.
2. Go to the crafting menu.
3. See the issue.

What version do you use?
3.38

What's your screen resolution?
1920x1080

Please provide any additional information below. #don't forget about
screenshots

Earlier today it was happening with the weapons loadout area too, but once I 
updated the HUD that fixed it. However the issue in the crafting area is still 
there.
