"Server map time left" in MvM Scoreboards #122

Can you describe the problem?
On PvP scoreboards the "Server map time left" displays in the top right like 
usual. On MvM scoreboards however, I do not see the "Server map time left" 
displaying anywhere.

Does the issue persist in an unmodified game (when applicable)
Yes.

What steps will reproduce it?
1. Install TF2
2. Install e.v.e HUD (v3.55)
3. Run TF2 and join or create any MvM server

What version do you use?
Version 3.55

What's your screen resolution?
1600 x 900

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached are screenshots of a PvP scoreboard and an MvM scoreboard.

On the issue persistence in an unmodified game, that would actually be no. It 
persists without any modifications apart from e.v.e HUD is what I meant.
