Tinker's Evolution adds in artifacts that you can find as possible dungeon loot which are pre-built tools/armor. The downside with these is that you can't swap out parts or add modifiers unless the tool/armor is unsealed. You're able to make custom artifacts if you wanted and you can force-load traits on these without needing the material that normally has the trait. *Ex. Adding Jagged without needing Prismarine.
For some reason... if Tinkers Things & Metallurgy are installed with Tinkers Evolution these artifacts will outright fail to load unless I remove either Tinkers Things or Metallurgy... in which the artifacts will load as they should... although in this case they still wouldn't load due to missing 'materials' but that's due to not having the correct mods installed that Tinker's Evolution looks for when adding in extra materials.
