RTL css #24

As promised in the other pull request. This is much more cleaner solution.

I like this a lot. I'll take this one and close the other.

Thought about the twitter module. You might get it to scroll the from left to right if you mirror the container and then mirror the individual tweets again (the Missy Elliot algorithm).

What is it you changed to the images? Are they only mirrored? We may do that with css alone
