Cosmetic Ranking-page issue: Broadcast-hyperlink doesn't show pointer-cursor #312

The Broadcast-hyperlink lacks a (hand)pointer-cursor since it has no src-attribute, as opposed to the Export-hyperlink. It could be added by using 'style="cursor:pointer"'. bug_scoring_broadcast_handpoint
