Fix rendering glitches on ipad #33

scrolling sometimes doesn't work
clicking buttons in score sheet is slow (suspected cause: css transitions)

Also check the scrolling issues mentioned by @sleemans in #37

I noticed the scrolling issue on other platforms as well (ipad 7 & beta 8, windows phone 8.0, pc). Is there some weird javascript at play here? (possibly from a framework package)

@sleemans can you confirm this was still the case in Helmond?

In Helmond, we used only Android devices. No scrolling problems or rendering glitches on those.

No scrolling problems with iPads in Eindhoven either, closing
