Well, for that you also need some additional account to send the e-mails to. They woudn't be very accessible there. So you need a mailing component and still have to figure out how to make consise log statements that won't compromise user privacy. Luckily there are solutions out there: https://www.loggly.com/ultimate-guide/node-logging-basics/ that combine both. This will give you a logging service and options to send it, for instance, to Slack. Or some other receiving end.

There are different services out there. There is loggly and there is logz.io But both are cloud based solutions and they are not cheap. I'm in favor of something simpler. I don't think we need a realtime log service. That's why I like the idea of zipping the file and emailing it later when the PC has an internet connection.
