Describe the bug

While on EVA, grabbing the exterior of a ship sometimes results in spinning around wildly

To Reproduce

Go on EVA
Disembark from ladder
Grab a handhold on the outside of the ship
Weeeeeeee (sometimes)

Expected behavior

Not spin around wildly
