Interior lights are duplicated when switching IVAs mid-flight #19

Switching IVAs mid-flight will create new lights in the internal modules that shouldn't be there.

Repro steps:

  1. create and launch a ship that is just the mk1 lander can
  2. on the launchpad, swap its iva config
  3. enter iva mode, there will be a bright light in the middle of the space

confirmed duplicate - does not occur when the KSPCF fix is active.
