bar's height is unchangable from config #38

Hi, I'm trying to change bar's height from 18 to 12 or 14 but it seems not change at all, do I need to configure it somewhere else beside ~/.config/wapanel.toml ? thanks.

After some research, I found that the panel always has at least 46 height forced by some GTK elements in it. There is not much I can do, code I wrote and decisions I took are just bad.
