operators #3

we need crossover operators:

- interchange body parts
- interchange the neural network of a body part

mutation operators:

- duplicate a random body part tree and paste in another random body part(box)

interchange body parts and interchange the NN of body parts are done

but we need to make several crossover functions not only the mentioned above
