wmii does not restore taskbar and windows to fit new resolution #258

$ xrandr --output VGA-0 --mode 1920x1080 --output LVDS --off

Expected the taskbar and opened windows to be adjusted according to the new 
screen resolution. Instead the taskbar and opened windows remain untouched.

(crunchbang 3.2.0-0.bpo.3-686-pae, wmii-3.6)
